Peter Walton discusses the Aperture Photography Conference in Sydney - April 2018

Peter Walton March 18, 2018

Every so often a photography conference comes along that changes the way I think about my profession, and how I move forward.

Reading or watching videos about our most inspiring photographers is one thing, but it doesn’t compare to interacting with them in person.

Aperture Australia will be held on April 28 and 29 2018, and promises to be one of those significant events … one I’ll definitely be attending at the International Convention Centre, Darling Harbour, Sydney.

I’m looking forward to hearing from Murray Fredericks about how he camped out on Lake Eyre and captured his incredible images.

Check out this link: http://www.apertureaustralia.com.au for more about the conference, the 8 outstanding and diverse presenters, as well as award winning TV journalist and photographer Ray Martin, who will be hosting the event.

Also take a look at this video: https://youtu.be/HaXlpB50wyQ and listen to Ray and the other photographers.

Whether you're a keen amateur, an aspiring professional or an established one, this could well be one of the best investments you’ll ever make in your career as a photographer.

When you register and pay, use my special discount code PW150 to save yourself $150 off the cost of the weekend ticket.

I hope you can make it to what I know will be an inspirational weekend.

Cheers

Peter Walton
